On the garden level, guests will find the Blue Coyote Cafe. With its welcoming indoor/outdoor décor, the Blue Coyote Cafe serves guests 24 hours a day from a menu of mouthwatering American cuisine with a Southwest flair. Any time, day or night, hungry guests can from local growers.

Authentic Southwest dining can be found next to the café at its sister eatery, Blue Coyote Cantina. Located just steps from the resort’s casino floor, the Cantina’s menu features a delightful variety of tacos, burritos and more, as well as a full bar featuring a large selection of tequilas. The restaurant is open on weekdays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.”

On the casino level, the Black Fig Bistro offers great casual dining and express service for specialty pizzas and fresh soups and salads.
