The event is held at WestWorld of Scottsdale, a world-renowned equestrian venue and annual host to the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction, Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, and more! The venue offers over 300,000 sq. ft. of event space on 386 acres of pristine desert at the base of the McDowell Mountains. WestWorld is located at 16601 N. Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.

There are concierge tents at the entry to each VIP reserved seating area. Please ask your table guests to check in with the concierge, where they will be given their VIP wristband and then be escorted to your table.
Tables are reserved until half-time of the second match. The second-match begins at 12:30pm.
We encourage you to take photos to capture the day to share with your friends and family. IF you are taking photos for a school assignment, commercial intent, or wish to share them beyond your immediate circle of friends and family, you must get prior written approval from the event. For your and the horses’ safety, you must ask for permission before taking any photos of or touching any of the horses on site.
Children 12 years old and younger are free for general admission. All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket for reserved seating.
The ticketing software automatically emails you a receipt/confirmation of your purchase. The email sender is SLE Tix. Please check your email junk folder for your reconfirmation.
During your purchase online the ticketing system will prompt you to choose a pdf or electronic ticket. You can print the pdf so you have a physical ticket. If you need to share tickets with your guests – please provide them each a single ticket either electronically or physically.
Yes. Tickets will be available at the door. If tables are not sold out, they will also be available at the door however we cannot guarantee availability.
Yes. Please check in with security at the exit to secure a hand stamp so you can reenter the event. You will not be able to reenter the event without a handstamp once your ticket has been scanned.

Yes! We have multiple volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups. We do ask that volunteers be over the age of 18, have their own transportation to and from the event, and be available from 8am until 6:30pm. If you are interested in learning more, please email info@roseallynpr.com
The Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships is committed to the community and supporting local nonprofit organizations. Each year we partner to offer a charity polo match during our event, where the nonprofit assigned to the winning team receives a significant donation to further their mission.
We receive many requests for ticket donations throughout the year, however are only able to offer a limited amount. If you would like to inquire about partnering with the event or to request a donation, please email info@ThePoloPArty.com
The following ARE PERMITTED at the event
- Bags that comply with the Bag Policy (see Bag Policy above)
- Binoculars shorter than 6 inches (case prohibited)
- Blankets
- Cameras with 3-inch lenses or shorter (no lights, tripods, selfie-sticks or monopods unless previously approved)
- Diaper bags accompanying a child
- Plastic water bottles (factory sealed, no-alcohol, less than 24 ounces)
- Reusable transparent water bottles (no-alcohol, less than 24 ounces)
- Strollers
- Sunscreen & hand-powered misters
- Umbrellas (no obstruction of other fans view)
The following ARE PROHIBITED at the event:
- Aerosol cans
- Alcoholic beverages
- Backpacks
- Bags that violate the Bag Policy (see Bag Policy above)
- Cameras with lenses larger than 3-inches (lights, tripods, selfie-sticks and monopods are also prohibited)
- Cans, glass bottles or alcoholic beverages
- Drugs & Drug paraphernalia, marijuana & marijuana products
- Coolers (including soft-sided coolers)
- Glow sticks, light-up costumes, light-up signs, battery packs
- Irresponsible drinking or behavior
- Bullhorns, whistles or any other noisemakers
- Laptops and Laptop Bags
- Laser pointers of any type
- Offensive clothing
- Plastic bottles larger than 24 ounces
- Plastic bottles larger than 24 ounces and thermoses
- Projectiles (footballs, Frisbees, etc.)
- Signs, banners or poles
- UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles)
- Weapons of any kind (including silverware).
Anyone possessing PROHIBITED items will be asked to return them to their cars, or dispose of them in the garbage cans provided at the gate.
Yes. There will be multiple food trucks, concessionaire tents, and no-host bars on site.
To enter the contest, all of the following criteria must be sent to info@roseallynpr.com by August 31st:
Full name, age, social media handles, current city of residency, phone number, a photo (this photo will be used as your voting picture that is open to the public if you are a finalist), and a brief 2-3 sentence about why you believe you should be the Polo Party Model of the Year.
We are proud to partner with Phoenix Fashion Week for the production of the World’s Longest Runway Fashion Show. PFW will hold a model recruitment event in September. Please email info@phoenixfashionweek.com for more information.
All entrances are ADA accessible. Drop off zones are located at XYZ. Reserved parking spaces are available in Lot by the main entrance. Staff and volunteers have golfcarts available for transportation to your seat if needed.
Yes. In fact, you can enter your dog in the canine couture fashion show and strut your stuff! Please send an email to ivanpetgroomer@gmail.com for more information.
No outside alcohol is permitted at the event. There will be food and beverages available for sale at the event. Security personnel and Scottsdale Policer are onsite to enforce city laws and event policies.
There are no refunds for tickets or table sales. We recommend that you offer your tickets to friends to use or donate them back to the event.
In order to expedite guest entry to the event and ensure the safety of all, we allow the following:
One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12” by 6” by 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic storage bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, guests may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand (4.5” x 6.5”), with or without a handle or strap. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.
All approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry and are subject to additional inspections within the stadium. Guests with prohibited bags or items are encouraged to return their bags or items to their vehicle.
In the event of poor weather or government restrictions, the October 23rd festivities will take place on Sunday, October 24th. If poor weather or restrictions are present that day the event will take place on TBD date. If the TBD date also has inclement weather or restrictions all ticket, sideline parking and table purchases shall be applied to the Fall 2022 Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships. In the event it does not take place full refunds shall be provided.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to access the filed. We ask that all sideline vehicles be in place by 11am.

Unfortunately, yes. WestWorld of Scottsdale, the venue, charges a $10 fee to all vehicles on property. We do not receive any portion of the fee.
